What are SEA BEANs?
Sea Beans (also known as Samphire), are succulent marsh dwellers and the most salt-tolerant terrestrial plants in existence. They’re a cousin of beets and spinach and share their nutritional value but are much tastier and a great plant-based salt alternative!
